By December 15, each hub will have guided multiple teams through a structured action-learning process that integrates regenerative principles with Cardano’s technological infrastructure.

Expected continental outcomes include:

• At least 125 teams developing projects with Cardano integration.
• 250+ active developers contributing to repositories.
• At least 40 projects selected for further development and presentation at the Cardano Africa Tech Summit in February 2026.

• A growing network of hubs, mentors, and builders co-evolving an innovation ecosystem grounded in place and purpose.

The deeper outcome, however, is cultural: the development of a shared capacity to design technology in service to life—where innovation is measured not only by functionality but by the vitality it brings to communities and ecosystems.
