Cycle:

1. Observation: What is happening in the hub?
2. Reflection: What patterns are emerging?
3. Adjustment: What needs to change in facilitation, pacing, or support?
4. Integration: What have we learned that others can use?

Document feedback weekly and share highlights with Prisma in the Mentorship calls.

Evaluation of Participant Experience

Use a short reflective survey or discussion at the end of each phase. Sample questions:

• What did you learn about your community or yourself?
• What moments of collaboration stood out?
• How has your understanding of regeneration or technology shifted?
• What support do you need next?

Responses inform real-time improvement and the design of future hackathons.
