Scheduling Calls

Dynamic scheduling is used extensively across our work to set up quick 1:1 meets. Evaluators are invited to use our publicly available scheduling links found at the home page of this docs site, shown below for reference. The meet button on those profile cards is there to take you to that person’s calendar, where you can pick a time to meet that works for you.

Why Schedule a Call

Evaluators are encouraged to schedule a call to make visible their evaluation perspective. During the call, the person you have scheduled with will guide you to reflect on what you are seeing, from your evaluation perspective. In this way, evaluators will be able to discuss why they are thinking of ranking the teams in that way. By discussing why, all teams will be able to benefit from their evaluation perspective. These calls are really important as they serve two purposes: not only do they help evaluators clarify their own thinking, but it also creates a way for projects to be able to learn and see how they are being valued. This supports their own reflection and evolution.

The call recordings will be published in this docs site.

Evaluators are advised to schedule with the person that invited them to the process, although they may also schedule with anyone from the team.
