Moving from the perspective of an individual participant, to that of a hub, Alfred shares his journey in the programme, which has already been hugely expansive. As he comes to terms with the complexity and intricacies of this work, he’s sitting with the question “What’s the context of this approach we’re learning?”

We touch on the role of a hub as being an anchor amidsts the emergence of several self-organising groups, and the difference that makes as a different level of responsibilit vs. other hackathons he’s used to which are mostly short-term and about the prize money alone.
