What to Review

There are over 100 teams. In order to streamline the process and avoid evaluator fatigue, hubs have nominated exactly 3 top teams. We call this “Team Spotlighting.” We are trusting the hubs’ initial selection and keeping this stage intentionally simple.

Selection Method

External evaluators then rank those top 3 teams: 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Teams receive points based on their ranking. Scores will be summed across all evaluator contributions, and the top score identifies which is the top team for that hub.

Evaluators may consider the evaluation guidance which has also been shared with hubs to act as a common reference point in response to the many questions about how projects will be evaluated.

Evaluators will also be asked to provide a brief written rationale for your rankings to support transparency. These responses may also be used to further enrich the globe.
